All prices quoted are in £ Sterling. Information shown on this website is as accurate as possible. We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those regarding price.
We use PayPal as our Payment Service Provider which is how you pay us for the goods that you buy. You will be transferred to Paypal’s secure website to enter your card details (or PayPal account if you have one). PayPal is free for buyers, does not share customers' financial information with retailers and offers a number of ways for you to pay - a PayPal account, credit or debit card. PayPal is the industry leader and is used by organisations of all sizes from individuals to multinationals
Postage and Packaging
Post & packaging prices are based on orders to UK mainland addresses only by Royal Mail 1st class. Orders can only be delivered when full valid postcodes have been provided.
We do not accept any responsibility for failure of delivery when incorrect address details (including postcodes) are provided.
We strive to dispatch orders the same day if payment is received before 12noon Monday to Friday when possible. In some cases, orders may take up to 2 days to be despatched.
Orders paid by cheque will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.
For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us. Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please return it in its original packaging, unused and in resaleable condition within 14 days and we will happily refund your money. We regret that post and packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, we advise that you obtain a free certificate of posting. Please email us beforehand for return voucher number. Terms and Conditions
